CT Sewer & Drain turned a terribly stressful morning into a perfectly calm afternoon. After calling them to discuss an outside drainage problem, they gave me a reasonable window of time to arrive at my house, complete with updates on timing. After they arrived, the team could not have been nicer or more professional, and they remained that way even after working in the cold and driving rain to get the problem identified and solved.
